Jenn Rink is a Lake Country local who takes pride in the growing industry of holistic health and wellness in her community. After graduating from the Sedona School of Massage in 2016, Jenn has had a variety of experience in working with several different therapies such as Myofasical Release and Prenatal Massage. The foundation of Jenn's practice is rooted in the latin phrase: “Vis Medicatrix Naturae, the healing power of nature.” Using relaxation techniques and advanced therapeutic modalities, Jenn is able to create a healing space that allows her clients to return to their true nature

Therapeutic touch is a crucial part of health care that can create a holistic approach to maintaining wellness. If you are an active person who has regular muscle aches or has suffered an injury, Jenn can help. Massage therapy has been proven to help relieve muscle tension while also improving circulation to aid the body in recovery after training. By using passive manipulation techniques, Jenn can release key trigger points that inhibit range of motion and functionality while still providing a relaxing massage experience. Sessions range from 30-90 Minutes to fit your specific goals and needs.

What is fascia? Fascia is a crystalized fluid system that resembles a 3-D Web. Fascia acts as connective tissue and encases our organs including our brain, spinal cord, heart and lungs while also separating bone from tissue. The most intriguing characteristic of the fascial is system is that it is an uninterrupted fluid system that spans from head to toe. Each part of the body becomes connected through fascia. Inflammation, trauma such as a motor vehicle accident or surgery can create Myofascial restrictions within the body that can often times lead to dysfunction and disease. By using John Barnes Myofascial Release Techniques, Jenn can help release these myofascial restrictions and restructure the fascial system, providing deep and lasting results that can be felt throughout the entire body. Sessions range from 60-90 Minutes.
Prenatal Massage
Healing for you & baby
Helping a mother create a relaxing and nuturing enviornment for her child is one of Jenn's greatest honors and something she takes very seriously at Genuine Essence Massage. Always thinking of your comfort, Jenn creates a serene atmosphere by providing pillows and bolsters to aid you in lying comfortably in a side-line position. Prenatal massage is recommended in the second and third trimester only and can reduce back and joint pain, while also promoting deeper sleep at night. Sessions conclude at 60 Minutes.
REIKI
Gentle & Effective
Reiki (pronounced Ray-kee) is an energetic modality originating from Japan. This healing therapy works specifically within the seven chakras of the energetic body. Chakras are energy centers where the physical body and spiritual energy congregate. Rei (ray) is the intelligent healing force that exists within the external universe, ki (kee) is the internal life force that governs vitality. When combining these two energies, one can reach forms of deep healing, emotional clarity and mindful awareness. Sessions range from 30 minutes.

Jenn then takes the time to evaluate your specific goals regarding your health and wellness. After a thorough review, Jenn works intuitively on the affected areas using a range of modalities to help promote healing at the deepest levels. After the session, Jenn will provide you with an individualized treatment plan to ensure a successful outcome.
